WINTER MEDITATION

Saturday July 17, 12.30 - 1.30pm, $9 / $7 concession

Friendliness, compassion, delight and equanimity form the foundation of a calm and serene mind. 'Keys to Life' is the theme of our four seasonal group meditations this year. The 3^rd key entails delighting in virtue. Marie will explain the meaning of this adage and lead a meditation intended to enhance your qualities of honesty, integrity and virtue. No experience is necessary and anyone wishing to sit quietly in good company is welcome. To ensure you are

comfortable, seating options include chairs, meditation stools and cushions. For further information please contact Marie.

CHANTING IN ELWOOD

Sunday July 25, 3.00 - 5.00pm, $9 / $7 concession

Held on Guru Purnima, an important day on the yoga calendar that coincides with the full

moon in July, this special chanting session will include chants and readings from a variety of traditions, including Hindu, Buddhist, Jewish, Christian, Sikh, Indigenous American and African faiths. UPSIDE DOWN!

Monday August 23, 7.30 - 8.30pm, $9 / $7 concession

Inversions are powerful, transformative and fun! Explore headstand, handstand and

shoulderstand on a one-to-one basis. All students will work individually and have the opportunity to ask questions and receive personalised feedback from Shanthi and Marie. Bookings appreciated.
