Discover what meditation is, how it works, and how it can become an enjoyable daily experience. This course provides a complete overview of the practice of meditation, which is increasingly being recognised by the Western medical establishment as a major component in health and wellness. You’ll receive instruction in and then the experience of various meditation techniques. No previous experience of hatha yoga or meditation is required.
